Returns + Exchanges

 

All returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to request to return/exchange for your purchase, please fill out the form below and I will get back to you regarding your return/exchange.

Qualifications for return/exchange:

You must reach out to me within 10 days of receipt to receive a return or exchange.

You must package ceramics in the original packaging that you received it, carefully and thoroughly wrapped. If objects are damaged due to poor packaging on the return shipment, you will not receive return or exchange.

You must pay the return postage via USPS Priority Mail.
